The environment and public parks have provided a space for those experiencing houselessness to park their trailers and create a community with one another. At Ruby Chow Park for example, there was an expansive greenspace and many parking spaces on the edge of the park. This park seemed to house much of the homeless population in the form of trailers and some encampments.
